With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

A quintessential mountaineering tent with the pedigree to prove it, the Trango 3 from Mountain Hardwear is tough and reliable for expeditions and alpine trips where a solid shelter is an absolute requirement. It starts at the base, with a bathtub-style floor rated to 10,000mm hydrostatic head constructed from nylon with fully taped seams. The rest of the inner is made from ripstop nylon with a DWR (Durable Water Repellency) finish, while also breathable to help reduce condensation.
Industry-leading DAC Featherlight NSL poles provide the shape for the inner, with Direct Connection points clipping the poles, inner and outer all together at each guy out point for a solid, reliable shelter. Gothic-arch shaping on three of the five poles helps to increase strength and reduce effects of the wind. A nylon Taffeta outer gives durable weather protection suitable for a higher altitude environment, complemented by reflective guy-out loops and zipper pulls and fully taped seams.
A useful addition to the tent is several windows, making it easy to look outside and see what conditions are like without opening the flysheet, with snowflaps on the vestibule to help seal out spindrift. Combine that with the durable, reliable materials and solid design, the Trango 3 is a serious shelter that’ll have you covered on most expeditions at higher altitude.
