Tent Meals are CousCous based Vegetarian\ Vegan meals that contain lots of good healthy and natural ingredients. This Italian inspired meal is ready in a few minutes with minimum fuss or hassle; just add boiling water.
This small pack provide 800Kcal of energy, yet only weighs less than 205g. As you only need to boil water to prepare them, these meals are also very fuel efficient and ideal for lightweight multi day adventures.

PREP: add 330ml boiling water (approx same volume as this bag). Stir well to break up the herbs and spices. Cover for 7 minutes. Eat and enjoy!

Can also be made with cold water - stand for 30 minutes.
Serves 1 big eater or 2 as a side. Delicious with grilled chicken strips and a rocket salad.
