Its quite simple really!

  • Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase, you can begin the Checkout Process.

  • This process involves 5 steps; Enter Details, Confirm Delivery Information, Delivery/Billing Information (Summary), Enter Payment Details and Complete Your Order.

  • You will then receive an order confirmation email.

Is the site secure?

The simple answer is 'Yes!'

Any personal information given to The Climbers Shop will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. The Climbers Shop's server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, The Climbers Shop does not store your credit card information at any time. To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the The Climbers Shop website, a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner of your web browser**. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured.

Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

** Users of IE7 please note that the Padlock Icon is now located at the end (or far-right) of the Address Bar.
How much will delivery cost me?

UK Shipping
We use Parcel Force or Royal Mail for our UK deliveries.
The initial delivery for each order to the UK mainland is FREE!

Our aim is that orders received by 12 noon Monday-Friday will be shipped that day and usually take 1-3 working days to arrive. In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your order within 24 hours we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date.

What to do if your shipment is late...
E-mail us at info@climbers-shop.com or call us on +44 (0)15394 32297.

International Shipping
Where possible we use Parcel Force for our deliveries.
The standard rate for shipping to EU countries is £12.50.

For all other International orders please contact us by phone or email. As the weight of items differ greatly we will consider each case on its own merits. If we are able to accept your order we will endeavour to keep postage costs to a minimum using economy services.

We cannot guarantee that we will accept any orders from countries outside of the UK and those countries mentioned above.
