The Inov-8 F-Lite 230 is the original fitness shoe of choice. Low profile cushioned midsole with 6mm heel to toe drop is ideal for olympic lifts and transitioning to a natural running style. Outside of the box, this shoe, this shoe is designed for running on hard bpack trails and tarmac surfaces.
