The Outdoor Designs Windpro Balaclava is a low bulk balaclava made from Polartec WindPro fleece which both insulates your entire head as well as keeping the wind out, meaning that you stay warmer.
WindPro fleece, from Polartec, is a highly wind resistant material that also has excellent thermal properties, unlike some other windproof fabrics. This means that you do not just get a windproof balaclava, you actually get insulation as well. The Outdoor Designs Windpro Balaclava is also quick dry and wicking, which means that when you get wet, it will dry itself rapidly, especially with the heat from your skin to increase the evaporation rate.
Making it comfortable to wear against yoru skin, the inside of the balaclava is soft fleece for increased comfort. The outside of the Windpro fabric has a smooth finish to make it more durable, and to repel more moisture.
