Rope Protectors - Spiroll

Devilishly simple, this ingenious little plastic tube will help your ropes last longer and you to climb safer.  The Spiroll wraps around your rope to prevent abrasion or accidental cutting.

The Orange colour of the Spiroll increases the visibility of your rope, identifying a trip hazard to those who may be walking near the crag edge.  The Spiroll can be cut into shorter lengths to wrap ice screws or ice axe points.  It also will stay in place on ropes bigger than 9.5mm diameter, so it can also be used to prevent ropes being damaged by ice tools while climbing, without being tied onto the rope.

The Spiroll is great for instructional use and can be left in place on the rope when it is coiled.
