The XR Crossmax incorporates Salomon's Sensiflex system that offers superb fit and comfort, with a soft reinforcement on the ball of the foot. The Sensifit system wraps around the upper instep precisely, while an Oversized Tendon midsole component ensures a smooth and cushioned ride. Contagrip outsole ensures precise grip on virtually any surface and the Climashield lining provide a high degree of water repellency. All these technologies give the women's XR Crossmax CS exceptional comfort on long mixed terrain runs.
This women's guidance version of tyhe XR Crossmax is reinforced in the midsole and upper on the medial side whcih ensures proper foot motion and controls any overpronation - the tendency of a foot to turn inwards, causing stress on the joints and sometimes pain.
