Gloves and Mitts - Rab Endurance Down Mitt
The Rab Endurance Down Mitt is a seriously warm mitt filled with 50g of European goose down which provides incredible insulation for your hands during extreme cold conditions.
The US750 Fill of high quality down is protected by the lightweight yet durable Pertex® Endurance outer shell, which keeps the down in perfect condition so that it can do it's job of keeping you warm. The Endurance Pertex is one of the toughest types of pertex available so that it keeps the wind at bay , as well as resisting rain and snow. In areasthat take more wear and tear owever, special abrasion resistant panels have been added, such as on the palms and finger tips, which add durability when gripping or using your hands on rocks and rough surfaces.
The wide opening in the wrist makes them very easy to get on and off, even when your habds have got chilled, whilst the simple wrist loop ensures that you don’t lose them when performing more delicate tasks in your liner gloves.
The Rab Endurance Down Mitts are ideal when working at altitude, for more lightweight use in polar regions (when it's really cold!) or to have in your pack for emergency use when alpine climbing or winter mountain walking. If you get caught out by a storm, or get benighted, the Endurance Down Mitts might make the difference between being able to use yout fingers or them being too cold to operate with.
