Since it's release in 2006, the Harveys BMC affiliated 1:40,000 scale map has become a benchmark publication that many walkers struggle to live without. With it's easy to read colour shading and it's convenient coverage of all the major features in the area, it's often the only map you'll need for a week in the Lake District.
