Designed for running in the oppressive desert heat, the X-Bionic Fennec Visor Bandana is equally useful for other activities in summer conditions. Using clever fabric technology, inspired by the desert Fennec Fox, the bandana cools your head via effective moisture management.
The Fennec Visor Bandana incorporates X-Bionics 3D BionicSphere system, found in many other X-Bionic garments, around the forehead to promote cooling. The 3D BionicSphere system uses a system of ducts to channel your sweat and control its rate of evaportaion for the optimum cooling effect. The harder you work the harder the system works to cool you down.
The visor bandana is made using a technical fabric called Xitanit that has heat reflecting properties - it reflects radiated heat from the sun and also has high heat conductivity, so it dispels heat away from the head. These features combine to make the Fennec Bandana an excellent modern alternative to the traditional sweatband and it is particularly suitable for competitive endurance athletes and adventure racers.
