The Rab Generator Vest is a light synthetically insulated gilet with a windproof pertex quantum outer fabric, which makes it perfect for climbers, mountain runners and lightweight trekkers.
Ideal as an active insulation layer, the Rab Generator Vest is lightweight, warm and packs down exceptionally small. The gilet itself is filled with lightweight synthetic Primaloft One insulation making it's warmth to weight ratio very good, whilst the outer and inner fabrics are made from two types of Pertex Quantum which means that it is exceptionaly light yet completely windproof.
Obviously lacking arms, the Rab Generator Vest design is intended to keep your core (main body) warm during activity, even on very cold days, and the combination of Primaloft and Pertex quantum mean that you will stay warm regardless of the shell is inherently windproof and super breathable.
The Rab Generator Vest packs incredibly small and weighs only 290g, so there is really no excuse for not popping it in your pack whatever your activity of choice.
