The Montane Extreme Jacket is a base-layer, mid-layer and outer-layer, all in one. For optimum lightweight comfort in the winter it can be worn against the skin or over a fast wicking technical layer. In this way, it will insulate effectively but also wick and breathe remarkably well when used during high activity.
The Extreme Jacket is a clothing system for the really active user who wants to minimise the stop/start routine associated with adjusting a traditional layered clothing system. Through multiple venting options the Extreme Jacket offers comfortable use over a wide range of winter temperatures.
With it's deep pile internal layer, the Extreme jacket can also be worn as a super warm outer shell in the winter, as n alternative to a down or synthetic jacket.
