The Lexan plate is made with from polycarbonate resin, a material that is literally as tough as nails, and virtually indestructable. An indespensible item of camping crockery that can just be thrown into the backpack without worrying about breakages. The added advantage of the Lexan range over the alternative of metal crockery is that it doesn't flavour food in any way and is really easy to clean.
