The Wild Country 12mm Daisy Chain is primarily designed for aid climbing. These 140mm, 13 pocket Daisy's are made using a Dyneema/Nylon mix for the optimal strength to weight saving ratio. Essential gear for big walling expeditions.
It is especially important to note that Daisy Chains are specifically an aid climbing tool and designed for static loads only. It is essential that Daisy Chains should never be used as a belay equalisation tool by the use of the pockets. A shock load could easily ‘pop’ a pocket leading to a chain reaction of critical loading. Also Daisy Chains should never be used as a regular sling unless it is between the two end pockets only.
