Climbing Gear - Black Diamond ATC Guide Belay Device
The Black Diamond ATC Guide is highly versatile piece of climbing gear for belaying, abseiling, or setting up direct belays. If you are after just one belay device to do everything then the ATC Guide could well be the one for you.
The 2011 version of the Black Diamond ATC Guide incorporates some important changes from the original. The body sides have been machined out to reduce the overall weight and the front eyelet will now accept a small karabiner. This means a foot sling can be easily attached, allowing the autoblock to be released under load in guide mode.
