This wind and shower-resistant windshirt is the original ultra minimalist shell layer. It's an uncompromisingly functional item of equipment, which packs smaller and weighs less than an apple! Made from Pertex Microlight, it offers excellent protection from the wind without heating you up, an ideal feature when undertaking highly aerobic activities outdoors. Desiged with activities in mind, it can also be used as an emergency wind barrier for hill walking, for those days when it's gloriously sunny at the base of the fell but there's a cold wind at the tops, this will keep that chill at bay, yet not weigh you down on the ascent.
Perfect for running, cycling, walking, climbing or any outdoor activity that demands a high weather protection to weight ratio.

A brilliant piece of kit. Lightweight so you can always have it in your pack. DWR keeps you dry when active in all but persistent heavy rain and is of course windproof so keeps the chill out at rest stops.

Cracking piece of gear, I wear this with a Helly Hansen vest underneath on the 7 mile commute into London. Still dry, and still alive. Thanks Montane, thanks Climbers-Shop.

I probably wear this more than any other jacket I own. Perfect size when packed in its stuff sack, its clipped onto my harness whenever Im climbing. I use it everyday fro cycling or running to work.

This is a great piece - I wear it for running, cycling and walking and it works a treat. Windproof but doesnt heat you up and is really breathable - a revelation.
