Using Hi-loft Polartec® Powershield® fabric the Baltoro guide is the ideal soft shell for cold weather mountaineering - the perfect balance between weather protection and comfort when working hard.

The Polartec® Powershield® fabric offers durable weather resistance and high breathability, making it ideal for mountaineering all year round. It is both extremely wind resistant and will shed melting snow and showers no problem at all. Although not fully waterproof, the Baltoro guide will keep you comfortable when active through a wide range of conditions.

The zoned Hi-loft inner traps air and wicks moisture making the Baltoro Guide both insulating and breathable - ideal for cold weather mountain activities such as walking, ice climbing and mountaineering.  This jacket seems set to become a favourite among winter alpinists and Scottish winter climbers.
