With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Season:SS14
Brand:Lightwave
Code:5060892
Lightwave have produced some of the lightest sleeping bags around with their sublime Firelight series, and the Firelight 550 is one of the lightest 3-4 season bags you'll find, coming in at about 880g for the medium sized bag. Using the very best down available (Ethically sourced Polish Goose Down with a 900 Euro /970 US Fill Power - seriously top end down) and using ultra light Pertex Quantum shell fabric, these bags offer exceptional performance, very low pack weight and excellent long term durability. Perfect for serious backpackers looking for a ridiculously light bag that'll last and last.
The Firelight 550 has a full length zip that lies on the top of the bag rather than at the side as with most bags and the zip is protected by a single baffle. There is a neck collar that can be adjusted to close completely around the neck to provide a complete seal.
The Firelight 550 is comfortable down to around -9oC for the average male and -3oC for the average female. Perfect for UK autumn/winter camping and year round alpinism.
